Teaching 150 Employees Different Soft Skills
Challenge: Agile working is an effective and therefore popular way to realise culture improvement within an organisation. Bank Muscat, the largest bank in Oman, wanted to introduce agile working in its organisation and asked Q management to take on this task.

The solution was to put together a complete training calendar for Oman Oil Marketing Company. After an extensive intake, we added soft skills training courses in 6 areas to the calendar, ranging from Creative Problem Solving and Decision Making to Business Analytics. All these courses were also given by Q management.
The soft skill training calendar was divided into 6 parts with 10 training sessions each. Over the year, 150 employees of Oman Oil Company had developed and improved their soft skills by participating in these training courses.
